Big Zentral Haus: House 3 blocks from Downtown & Marketplatz w/ Private Hot Tub
The open-concept living and dining room is perfect for quality time with friends and family. The private hot tub and sprawling outdoor living space provide a peaceful retreat where you can recharge and enjoy the beautiful Texas sunsets. Plus, the ideal location puts you just minutes away from shopping, dining, live music, and all the other attractions that make Fredericksburg a must-visit destination. Book your stay at Big Zentral Haus and experience the best of both comfort and convenience!
HOUSE RULES:
1. No Smoking or Vaping Inside Home or Near Doorways
2. No Unregistered Overnight Guests
3. No Pets Allowed
4. Report Any Damages or Issues Immediately
Wi-Fi / CELLPHONES:
TRASH. The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the Lease Term. Trash is picked up on Monday mornings. Trash cans are located on the South side of the house.
APPLIANCES:
You’re welcome to make use of all the appliances on the property. Here are the instructions/tips:
• The oven – Select the bake button that corresponds with the oven, then the choose temperature to heat oven. Be sure to hit cancel when you are done cooking. The fan will operate until the temperature lowers.
• The microwave – Be sure not to use metal or aluminum foil
• The dishwasher – Select level of clean then start and close the door. If you open door during the cleaning operation, select start/resume before closing door.
• The washing machine – Located in the main house next to bathroom hallway.
• The smart TV – The TVs use Roku. If you sign in as a guest with the check out times, all your information including your Netflix or Prime will be removed on your departure. We use Spectrum TV so you must sign download the app on Roku and then launch the app. You will be able to watch live TV including local channels.
• The hot tub – Plan ahead so the hot tub can heat up to your desired temperature. And always lower the temperature back down when you are done.
