Enjoy relaxing in our hot tub,or sitting out by the fire pit stargazing. This adorable house features 1 queen bed and 2 king beds, and 3 full bathrooms perfect for a cozy getaway. Maximum 6 guests sleeps 2 per bed. With amenities like a hair dryer, AC, heating, an iron, propane grill, cornhole boards, hot tub, propane fire pit, an outdoor swing set for children to enjoy. You will feel right at home. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house. Book a stay with us if you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. We are just a short drive to all the fun our downtown Fredericksburg has to offer.

Cover hot tub, turn off propane to gas grill and fire pit. Turn ac up to 85 or heat to 60 on both thermostats upstairs and downstairs
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Supervise Children outside at all times and No Children Under 14 years old allowed in Hot tub without adult supervision
No Shooting/ Fireworks Allowed. Be respectful of our neighbors and lower the noise late at night by midnight. You don't have to go inside.
Absolutely No Glitter, Feathers, or confetti. If confetti is used you must clean it up prior to your departure
