This is a brand new remodeled studio apartment with lots of comfort and appeal. Very cozy and functional. The location is great and close to lots of things to do and minutes from Churchill Downs, Downtown Louisville, Ceasars of Southern Indiana and the Airport
The space
Cozy and comfortable. Barn door to separate kitchen/living room and bedroom. Really trendy vibe with positive energy! Granite countertops, gas stove perfectly set up!
Guest access
Access to the basement is in the back of the house. The washer and dryer is in the basement.

Nice, quiet, and cozy place. It’s about a 35 minute walk from downtown Louisville (or ten minute drive). It has everything you need (full kitchen, washer/dryer, etc)

Good location

We had a great 3 night stay here, overall was clean and modern, I would stay again if in the neighborhood. There were some cobwebs along the front porch by the front door, the bathroom was on the small size and I was surprised upon entry that the bed was in the living room and the couch in the kitchen! I didn’t get that from the pics but based on the fact that this was turned into a VRBO, I guess I understand the reasoning of using the space!

Cute little place. It was a bit dusty. I enjoyed having coffee items there but didn’t use any nor the toiletries left as they were half used. That grossed me out a bit. We liked how close the location was. Could use more outlets and hooks on walls. I would def recommend bringing your own pillows. We went to wal mart and bought our own. The bed was pretty comfortable tho. Cute neighborhood. Enjoyed your stay over all.

Modern, stylish, near Louisville

This apartment was perfect for my adult daughter and me on our visit to Louisville for the Bourbon and Beyond Music Festival. It was modern, so clean, had a very comfortable bed, and a big screen tv in one room, and a comfy sitting area in the kitchen. Just a quick drive to all the best parts of Louisville from highway access right nearby. Christopher was very responsive and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a cozy spot for a couples trip or a girls trip!
