This home is tucked away in a great neighborhood with great neighbors. Off Street parking and a garage to use if you need to get your vehicle out of ht elements. The backyard is fully fenced in the case you need to bring a fur-baby. And yes, for a fee, we may allow your pet at our discretion. The backyard offers a nice table and chairs for gatherings on the raised deck.

Two cars can park in the driveway, and two more could park directly in front of the house.
Taxi/Uber/Lyft is available.
Ten minutes from downtown, where you can shop, dine, and play. Ten minutes from the freeway to get you to Mount Rushmore, and everything else the Black Hills has to offer.

Lots of room for family!

What a wonderful vacation for us! The house was great! It had everything we needed and plenty of room. The wildlife in the back yard was the best. Cody and his wife answered all our questions....even helped us with some restaurant suggestions.

A nice clean and quite neighborhood

We were showing cattle at the Central State fair in Rapid City, SD. It was easy on and off access to our house and back to the fair grounds. The neighborhood had deer and rabbits to admire and was quiet. Not a lot of traffic. Our house had plenty of room, about all we did was sleep and shower there but it met our needs completely. CJ
