City View Pines Getaway

PET friendly with a fully fenced backyard. The upper level of the home has 2 bedrooms, the main living/dining/kitchen area as well as the laundry room and pantry. The master has an ensuite with a double vanity and soaking tub. The lower level contains the final large bedroom, a family room with a walk-out to the backyard and the final bathroom. This unique floor plan allows for guests of each bedroom to have a private bathroom. huge, oversized three-car garage.

Clean, nice home with great space--would allow for each to have privacy as each bedroom has it`s own TV as well as the ones in the common space. The lot iw private with views of the pines to all sides of the home. CLOSE proximity to Mt Rushmore Road, Monument Health, and several other healthcare clinics and facilities. Additional sleeping is provided on a futon that folds down and an air mattress. Home sleeps 6 (2 per bedroom/bed) aside from these additional options.

Guests have the entire house for their comfort during their stay here at City View Pines.
