About this property

2 balconies, not 1, but 2! Huge front balcony for morning coffee and people watching. Side balcony has beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico without the hot sun beating in! This unit features a queen bed in the master bedroom and two doubles in the guest bedroom. Lovely furnishings with lots of local artwork! A large two bedroom unit located on the second floor with a Florida Gulf side view, large windows and a lot of space inside the rooms. This condo has a full kitchen. All linens and towels supplied. This unit does not feature a washer/dryer in the condo, but the community washer/dryer are only steps away!

La Costa is in walking distance from the Historic Bridge Street, the Hub of entertainment in this wonderful beach community, a street where you can shop, dine, and play from beach to bay. The free trolley also makes a stop on Gulf Drive, very close to La Costa. Take the trolley to the beach or anywhere else you want to visit on the island without worrying about getting sand in your car. Visit downtown Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, or any of the local restaurants or establishments. You can even jump on the trolley for just a scenic ride around the island! In addition to the free trolleys, locals and visitors alike can travel up and down the island for exceptional quality seafood restaurants and coastal living shops via bike, golf cart, kayak, or boat. This area also offers a great variety of boat tours, fishing charters, parasailing, scuba diving, and Golf among many other exciting activities. There is no better way to experience Florida’s Gulf Coast than spending your vacation at Anna Maria Island.

Family vacation

Everything was literally perfect. We loved the location and the property, the staff was amazing and friendly. Other guests were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Couldn't say a negative thing and was constantly impressed.
