The Salty Pig is a 3-bedroom house just minutes from the beach! With arrangements for comfortably sleeping 8, proximity to the beach, and access to 4 bikes, Salty Pig is ideal for your 30A vacation!

Location:

Found on the highly desirable San Juan Avenue, we are centrally located in the heart of Seagrove Beach on 30A. We are a short bike ride to Seaside Town Square and popular Seagrove restaurants and shops, or an easy walk to the Gulf!



Guest Access:

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.



Parking:

• Parking for 3 Vehicles.

• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.

• NO STREET PARKING



House Rules:

• No smoking

• $175 Fee Per Dog

• No parties or events

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement

• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

CANCELATION POLICY:

Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Great little house with everything we needed to enjoy our spring break 2025. At the end of a quiet street and a 5min walk to the beach....and 10min to Seagrove and Seaside. Clean, tidy and welcoming...

Perfect place for 1-2 families

We loved staying here! Stayed for a week with two families (4 adults and 5 kids). The place is not too big or too small, very relaxed, very homey, it has everything we needed. A short walk or bike ride to the beach. The beach was never too crowded right at our access point. Riding bikes to neighboring beach towns is easy because you are smack dab the middle. The service was great and responsive. Would stay here again without second thought.

Perfect Family Time

Great stay for our family. We enjoyed quality family time with our three young adult children and they each brought a friend. Great location, literally just a few minutes bike ride to the beach, Seaside and Seagrove. Very clean cottage, quiet neighborhood. No problems at all. We will consider staying here again in the future.

Prime location!

The location of this property was wonderful! Easy access to the beach and convenient to "downtown" Seaside. There were lots of books and games as well, and the screen porch was great for a nice nightcap. We did have some issues with the bikes - 3 of them were not in good working order - but the property management fixed it up quickly. Great stay!

Perfect Cottage Near The Beach

We loved The Salty Pig! It is a darling cottage/home very near to the beach. We walked to the beach each day (takes about 5-10 minutes) and biked all around. The home is decorated very cute. We used the master bedroom upstairs. That bed and the pillows were SO comfortable that I am now ordering the pillows for my home!

Just what we needed!

Our stay at The Salty Pig was very nice and peaceful. House was super clean. Enjoyed being able to walk or having a very short drive to the beach. Beach area was not overly crowded like other 30a beaches during this time of year. Had plenty of space. House was very peaceful and having a screened in front porch and bikes were a plus! Home decor was fun and cheerful. Very well stocked and plenty of games. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. We were very comfortable for a family of 4. A true beach house. Communication with rental company/hosts was great. I have no complaints. Would definitely stay here again.
