The Salty Pig is a 3-bedroom house just minutes from the beach! With arrangements for comfortably sleeping 8, proximity to the beach, and access to 4 bikes, Salty Pig is ideal for your 30A vacation!

Found on the highly desirable San Juan Avenue, we are centrally located in the heart of Seagrove Beach on 30A. We are a short bike ride to Seaside Town Square and popular Seagrove restaurants and shops, or an easy walk to the Gulf!
Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.
Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.
Parking:
• Parking for 3 Vehicles.
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
• NO STREET PARKING
House Rules:
• No smoking
• $175 Fee Per Dog
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
