The house was perfect for two families sharing. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub and the location is great for the beach and food, restaurants, coffee, groceries and more. The hosts were super helpful and made our stay wonderful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

**5 stars**This was a great fit for our group of five adults and two young kids. Three bedrooms and two baths gave everyone space, the kids loved the heated pool and hot tub, and the full kitchen made family meals easy. It's in a quiet neighborhood just steps from Windansea Beach, and La Jolla Cove and the village are a short drive away. We'd happily stay again!

Very nice location, walking distance to the beach. Pool well-maintained and landscaped. House open layout for small family. Unfortunately, construction at neighboring residence began daily 0700 AM during our visit.

This is in a perfect location in La Jolla — walking distance of coffee shops/restaurants as well as the beach. Property was beautiful, would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and cozy stay

We’re very happy with this cozy cottage by the sea we enjoyed our dinners in the backyard on the deck, as well as lounging by the pool. Rooms were quiet beds were comfortable.

Check in and check out process was simple. Property management was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. The location of this house is exceptional. Less than two blocks for two different beach accesses. The house is equipped with everything you need and has a great layout. Both the front and backyard are usable making the property feel spacious. The pool and hot tub are a unique benefit for a house in this location. ** If you are noise sensitive be sure to inquire about possible construction noise in the neighboring house. Other than that, I highly recommend it.
