Complete disaster
The building was under construction. Noise from 8am til 5pm daily. Noise was so loud you had to leave the condo. Dirt from construction so bad you couldn't use the balcony and we had to sweep the floors several times per day because the dirt was coming under the doors. Elevator was broken every day, so you had to carry everything up 4 flights of stairs. Stair wells were barricaded with construction equipment, so you had to climb over everything with you luggage. During climbing out of the stair case, i got a deep laceration from a construction beam. Lastly, the one time the elevator worked i got stuck in it for 30 minutes and had to rescued by the fire department. The fire chief said he was getting sick and tired of all the calls for this condos elevator and was going to talk with the management.
Please do not rent this condo. It is dangerous and should not be rented in its current state of repair. Renting this unit is completely negligent on the part of the property owner.
