Waipouli Beach Resort and Spa is conveniently located on Kauai’s Royal Coconut Coast in the Historic town of Kapa’a, a 15-minute drive from the Lihue airport. When you stay in one of the condominiums at this award-winning resort, you’ll be treated to some of the best accommodations the island has to offer.

This gorgeous top-floor home can sleep 4 people. The bedroom boasts a king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom, and the sleeper sofa has a Tempurpedic king-sized mattress. This beautiful home also features a second 3/4 bathroom.

The gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances by Wolf with a glass cooktop and oven, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Whirlpool dishwasher & GE microwave. This kitchen also has granite countertops, African Mahogany cabinets, and is stocked with everything you need to cook as much or as little as you like while enjoying your time here.

The furnished lanai will allow you to enjoy stunning views while sipping your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine.

This spectacular home also has central air conditioning and full-sized washer and dryer to provide comfort and convenience during your stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Outstanding unit! It was perfect for the two of us and very clean and well stocked. Especially loved the sharp knives in the kitchen as we made our meals much of the time! First time to Kauai and the central location was a plus to explore the entire island. There was no need to contact property management for any reason and the resort facilities were well kept. Especially enjoyed the pool, spas and beach access.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall was about what you would expect. Room sizes were generous for a week stay but a little cramped with an infant and nanny using the pull out couch at night. Room overall needed a deep cleaning to get some stains out of the curtains etc but we spent most of the time out of it than in it.
