About this property

Welcome to this newly renovated condo on the ground floor at The Friendly Native Beach Resort. This “Old Florida” style, low-rise complex is located steps away to St. Pete's Upham Beach home to the Secret Garden. The condo is equipped with all the comforts for a deluxe vacation by the sea. There is a king and queen bedroom, with new high-end mattresses, as well as a custom oversized velvet sofa with queen-sized pull-out sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. All rooms have a TV. The full-size glass-enclosed bathtub and rain shower, has a double sink marble top vanity. The kitchen has a refrigerator with ice maker, and an expandable table for six and is equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. Included in your stay are beach chairs, boogie boards, inflatable rafts with portable electric pump.

Perfect location, beautiful condo

The condo was beautifully decorated. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. A beach closet provided wagon, chairs, umbrella, so convenient for vacationers. Outside garden area was wonderful to enjoy an afternoon reading. Would definitely stay again. Only drawback for long term rentals is no laundry facilities on property.

Short Walk to Beach and Restaurants

Great location — well located moments from both Upham beach and St. Pete restaurants. Condo was clean, well maintained. We liked the extra touches such as things for beach. Staff was very responsive to calls. Parking was close by in permit spaces and worked fine. Layout of condo was great — just enough space for our family of five, including college age children and teens. We would definitely stay there again!
