This rental encompasses the entire space, and you will have access to all building amenities. Please feel free to make yourself at home.



The Neighborhood:

Ideally situated just steps from the beach, you can conveniently enjoy beach walks and refreshing swims in the pools! Numerous restaurants are in close proximity. A brief drive will take you to Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and IMAX Theatre. Many of the area's well-known attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping destinations are just a short drive away.



Getting Around:

Nearby the airport, easily accessible via taxi, Uber, and rental cars!



Other Things to Note:

This room is designated as non-smoking. It's a privately owned condo, not a hotel room. Kindly treat it with the same care you would your home, being mindful not to cause any damage during your stay. While we will make every effort to address issues promptly, please be aware that there is no on-site resident available 24/7.



Notice: From August 25, 2025, maintenance work will take place in a nearby stairwell, which may cause some daytime noise (9 AM–5 PM). Repairs will last about a week, followed by quiet painting work. The stairwell on that side will be closed from the 6th floor down for safety.



NOTE: Pools are closed until further notice
