Whether you're a traveling professional, someone in pursuit of their dream home, or just seeking a taste of Mancos life without the long term commitment, make this 2 bedroom, 2 bath your home base!

In the family room, cozy up by our indoor fireplace, or sit around the TV for a movie night. Sunlight fills the room through several floor to ceiling windows, creating a bright, inviting atmosphere. Take in the tree lined view and maybe even spot a deer or two. With unobstructed access to the bank of the Mancos River, enjoy peaceful evenings in a private, natural haven.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up delightful meals: oven, stove, microwave, pots and pans, utensils, french press coffee maker, tea kettle, and more. Gather for mealtimes or game nights around our dining table that seats six.

Upstairs primary bedroom has king size bed, large closet, dresser, and seating area.
Downstairs bedroom has queen bed, nook with twin bed, closet, and dresser plus an ensuite full bathroom.

On street parking in front of the house plus a driveway that leads to a detached one car garage, giving you plenty space for your vehicle(s).

Soak in the natural environment and enjoy the comfy, slow paced rural life of Mancos. This house beckons you to take off your coat and stay a while.
