I enjoyed staying at this studio near the beach very much. It was a great location and the porch that looked out over the neighborhood was just wonderful. The place was clean and well appointed Toni was a great host.

The studio is two blocks to the beach and a short walk to shops in Del Mar. It's light-filled and comfortable!

Appreciate the location ( being 2 min walk to beach and 10 min walk to shopping district ) .

Large Studio apt was very clean , nice and functional , with added benefit of a nice deck with a peek of ocean and sunset views in distance . Place was ideal for a couple to spend time in beautiful Delmar . Would stay again on future trips . ( kitchen area was great for preparing breakfast and lunch ..... yet would not recommend it for big dinner preparations , etc ). Also was nice that owner supplied beach chairs & towels .

This is my second stay, and it was a long one (30 days). The place has been upgraded and is wonderful. The location could not be better - 2 minute walk to beach. The host is welcoming and helpful, lives about 50 feet away. It is a gigantic studio with washer and dryer (very important!), well stocked. I highly recommend Toni and her vacation apartment!

Toni was very responsive. Location fantastic. The Poseidon restaurant 7 minute walk, the beach 3-4.. Stayed 5 weeks; look forward to staying again.

Lovely studio near the beach!

This studio was perfect for my mixed work/pleasure trip to San Diego. The studio had everything I needed, including a desk for work. It is a comfortable, clean, pleasant room in a delightful location (took walks on the beach on my breaks from work). Toni checked on me the first full day that I was there to ensure I had everything I needed and answered my questions. The rest of the stay was perfectly smooth. Some people have commented about the trains, but they are not loud and did not disturb me when I was working or sleeping. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I'll probably reserve this little gem again. Thanks Toni for a delightful week in Del Mar!

Private & 1 block from Beach

Booked for a long weekend to attend a wedding. Property matched pictures, and was very private. Loved sitting on the deck in the morning and walking to the Del Mar beach, which is 1 block away (or 2 block ends). You will hear the train go by, but you will also hear the ocean, which I quite enjoyed. Del Mar is a great location with easy access to I-5. I would stay again.

THe property is conveniently located in beautiful Del Mar only a few blocks from the beach.

The property is very nice and tidy with a big deck. Easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants and shops. The train passes by a number of times during the day and night. The kitchen is adequate dor some cooking - no oven but 2 burner stove top and microwave. Full size frig. Comfortable bed. Shower no tub. Other than train noise, it is a very quiet neighborhood and a lovely spot.

Warm, cozy, clean, a stone’s throw to the beach!

Toni is very responsive and the place is extremely charming. We stayed here for 3 weeks. Things we love about it: the luxury of walking to nearby restaurants for dinner and drinks, easy access to the ocean which made for nice walks along the beach, neighbors who keep to themselves but are friendly enough to wave as you walk by, the safety of the neighborhood that we felt at ease in, and easy street parking (you also have the nicety of parking in the gated driveway if you wish). Although we read reviews of the train noise, and experienced it ourselves, we found that earplugs were helpful in blocking out the noise. This little place was perfect for our 3 week stay, and we highly recommend checking it out if you’re wanting a little coastal charmed living. Thanks for everything Toni!

Great location!

Nice sized studio had everything I needed. Easy to get to, quick walk to the beach. Yes, there are trains, and a few were kinda loud - although they didn’t bother me much. There are houses all around with people living there full-time hearing the same trains.
