I am a businessman originally rom NZ (a Kiwi) and I bought here as we loved the neighborhood and ease of walkability to so many restaurants and parks to enjoy as well as easy in/out of the city to enjoy the hinterland. My wife grew up in the foothills of Lake Tahoe so have a cheek on either side of the fence. We wanted to have an easy (haha only 4 minutes walk across the park) when she was working at CPMC hospital. We go back and forth to New Zealand to (eg go home) every year to we to see friends and family, do business and enjoy the South Island. We have been working in the home health sector for many years now and found our location perfect as it is in the center of the city. Cole loves his bike rides over the Golden Gate bridge and over Marin headlands.
Not much better than a long lunch out at one of our favorite spots sitting on the porch of Cavallo Point and or Mersea!
