A three bedroom townhouse offering large airy rooms with plenty of space for vacationers. Enjoy the wooded mountain views from the back deck or relax in front of the stone fireplace and watch a favorite movie. Whatever your vacation plans, this home would make a wonderful location.

Enter this two-level vacation property to the foyer with garage access and head down the short hall to the open concept living, dining and kitchen area with gas fireplace, smart flat-screen TV and two sets of sliding doors to the spacious back deck. Additionally off the short hall on this lower level is a half bath. Upstairs are three bedrooms; the primary with a king size bed and in-suite bath with jet tub, the second with a queen size bed and the third with a set of pyramid (twin over full) bunk beds. Each of these bedrooms has a television and the second and third bedroom share a full bath. The laundry facilities can also be found on this upper level.

While here enjoy the Forest Ridge Club House, with tennis courts, indoor pool and heated outdoor pool. Loon Mountain is just a mile away. Use of swim club requires digital key access.

The entire place was amazing. Space was very roomy for teenagers.The bathrooms were large and we didn’t have to share our bathroom with any of the kids. Place was super clean and efficient. There were enough pillows and blankets. The closets had plenty of fans for my kids who love to sleep with fans at night as white noise! I loved this place so much that I booked for next year in the way out today! Longer sta next year will be amazing. Ty again.

Beautiful Home with Great Location

My family and I stayed here to explore Franconia State Park! It only was it an easy ride into town but not far from the park! Bonus there were several overlooks to the left of the development that we were able to explore! The house was clean, and exactly as pictured! It is different that they don’t have a ton of supplies there but that wasn’t a big deal since we didn’t cook lolI do wish they provided the check in information more advanced but they did come at 3pm as they advised. We would 100% book here again!

Excellent stay in Loon Mt area!

We loved this property, it was well kept up, had all the supplies we needed to cook meals, and the bedrooms were great. Love that there are smart tvs in every room. You could hear the brook behind the property and we never heard a peep from the neighbors. The town has some really great spots for food/coffee/etc. The rental office was friendly and helpful too. I dont think you could go wrong with this spot.

Quiet and convenient location

Loved the area. Beautiful forest and mountain trails for hiking. Lincoln was very quiet in early June. Forest Ridge duplexes were very quiet - almost felt abandoned mid-week - but started to fill a little on the weekend. House was very spacious and comfortable. One car garage was accessible (in most rentals it is not).

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

We booked this property very last minute (10:30 pm the day before arrival) as a Memorial Day weekend getaway. The property manager phoned the morning after booking to confirm logistics and ensure we were all set. We arrived and the property was immaculately clean and ready for us! Excellent location in Lincoln provided a great jumping off point to our White Mountain adventures and the condo had everything we needed. Indoor/outdoor pool areas were great on this hot weekend. We would love to return!

Spacious and open and lots of room.The folks at Loon Reservation Service went above and beyond to help me surprise him with balloons, prosecco and a birthday cake- all waiting for us in the condo upon arrival.Highly recommend!

The unit was spacious enough for three couples and spotless. Even looks better the the website shows. We like to park at South Peak so the location could have only been better if it were on the mountain. Overall, I would rate both the unit and Loon Reservation as excellent and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay close to Loon. Hope to do it again next year.

It is so convenient to the mountain and to the downtown. Our only complaint, and this is probably the rental service and not the owner, the hand soap and dish soap were so tiny that we had to go out and purchase soaps, napkins and paper towels. I know this doesn't sound like a major deal but in a 3 bedroom townhouse but with 6 adults and one infant and the rental fees that you pay one would think that we could at least ben provided with the necessary amenities. Two tiny hand soaps, really?, just not reasonable!
