This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath Contemporary Pueblo Home in the heart of ABQ!

Upon entering, you will be greeted with a grand living room adorned with plush sofas, fine art pieces, and a 70" Roku TV. The spacious dining room is perfect for hosting intimate dinners, with a large live-edge dining table that can comfortably seat six to seven people as well as barstools at the waterfall island for three other guests. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, and all the necessary cookware to whip up a delicious meal.

The bedrooms are luxurious sanctuaries designed for maximum comfort and relaxation. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a huge walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom complete with a deep soaking tub and a separate shower. The two other bedrooms are equally spacious and elegantly decorated, with comfortable beds and ample closet space. The fourth bedroom is an office and workout space (yoga mats, exercise bike, and weights!). There is an air mattress available if needed.

Step outside and you'll be greeted with a spacious front yard that's perfect for enjoying the warm New Mexico sunshine. There is a fenced backyard down the side of the house which is accessible for your stay.

Great house in quiet neighborhood

We stayed here while visiting for a family reunion. The house was spacious and had plenty of amenities, like shampoo, eye masks, and hair dryer. We enjoyed our stay very much. It is centrally located and was near restaurants and stores.

Gathering for Graduation

We traveled to Albuquerque for our nephew’s graduation. My college-aged daughter and father-in-law stayed in addition to my husband and I. The house was well appointed and there was room to spare. Would stay there again and highly recommend Casa de Rita!

Lovely gathering spot

This is a lovingly remodeled home in a quiet neighborhood. Everything is up to date and most of the areas are quiet spacious. We were three couples and it was great to have bathrooms to ourselves. The beds and linens were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Communication with the owner and or booking agent was smooth and efficient. We would be glad to stay at the property again when we are in ABQ.

Pleasantly surprised with beautiful spacious rental

My 3 friends and I were in town for a business trip. This was a wonderful setup for us. There were so many things that made this a pleasant stay. We each had our own full size bed. Plenty of lines, including makeup towels. We even were offered ear plugs and sleep masks. Kitchen was full stocked along with amenities like coffee/tea. I was incredibly jealous of the fancy refrigerator. The entire place was very clean. There was enough seating for everyone to be cozy. Everything we needed to visit was only about 10 minutes away. I really can’t say enough positive things about this rental. The only complaint is that the wood floors are a little squeaky. Not much you can do about that, but if you are a light sleeper you may want to bring a noise maker. Similarly, there is a casita (rented separately) above the back bedroom, so if you don’t want to hear footsteps in the middle of the night, maybe pick the middle bedroom. Wonderful stay otherwise.
