We enjoyed our girls retreat very much. The property was very welcoming. The place was clean and fully equipped with towels & bathroom amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed, cookware, pots & pans, serving dishes, spices, coffee maker and more. Nice clean and quiet neighborhood and close to town. Great backyard nestled in the trees and we really enjoyed sitting out there on the comfy furniture set up on the deck that easily accommodated the 7 of us.

Great property and host! Any issues was taken care of promptly. The home is warm and comfortable. The home has a surveillance system in the front and back door. This was not mentioned in the Property Amenities in the Safety Section.

Overall, we had a good stay with family & friends and send thanks to Britney. The house was clean, the beds & linens were nice, the kitchen truly well equipped. But: the downstairs bedrooms aren’t quite as large as photos suggest, there really isn’t much outdoor furniture (and no dining table). Some things were broken (slider screen door, BR closet door, grill unusable) or not great (no 2nd night table in queen br, no screens on any BR windows). Biggest issue: we were completely unable to turn off lights in 3 diff areas over 5 days. One light had been on for 2.5 days when we departed. House seems to need a little attention but we did enjoy ourselves!

Awesome stay!

The property is beautiful, the house is clean and has all the necessary amenities. The beds are comfortable and the decor is straight out of a magazine! The host responded in a timely manner and check-in was easy! We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending to friends and family!

Great house in a great neighborhood.

This was the most well equipped rental I've ever stayed in. Just about everything we needed to make meals in the house was provided. As someone who loves to cook I appreciate that. We walked into town almost every day and really enjoyed walking through the neighborhood.

Mountain Chalet

This property is very clean, very well stocked & so easy to access. The host is very quick to answer questions. The side area was perfect for by elderly father using a walker to load & unload & not have to climb any stairs. Great stay

This is one of the most top-notch mountain homes we have stayed in. No corners were cut and all amenities, kitchen utensils, and luxuries (hello heated floors) were available. It’s also rare to have cooling in mountains homes and it was lovely to be able to turn it off-on in specific rooms. We never ate out because the kitchen had all the cooking, baking and supplies needed (spices, imagine that!) The neighborhood was quiet and we spent our time with coffee on the deck, local hikes, and then the afternoon/evening on the deck. There is not a single item I could request further. We want to come back in the inter and enjoy the fireplace while watching the snowfall through the floor to vaulted ceiling windows.

Absolutely Beautiful

The house was just as described! I had my wedding in the area and used it for all of my bridemaids and myself to get ready before my big day. It is so clean, beautifully decorated and was perfect for photos! The host was wonderful as well and made sure to check in to ensure everything was going well. Highly recommend staying here for your next mountain getaway! Thank you again!

This is a well located and extremely well kept and appointed VRBO. The hosts communicated very well and timely. Our guests very much enjoyed the Modern Mountain Chalet stay for 2 nights of wedding events. Unfortunately, our guests were not as timely but I did my best in a short time period, without my reading glasses, to meet the checkout criteria. I recommend this VRBO for its location to hiking, shops and local dining, more than adequate parking and conscientious hosts. The floor plan and common areas make this place seem larger and more open than its square footage.

Wonderful Winter Wonderland

What a beautiful property! It was our first time to Graeagle, and it could not have been more perfect. The chalet is pristine. Every detail is well thought out from the decor to the functionality of everything. All new comfortable bedding and furniture, plus great cookware, and appliances for making meals. The bathrooms are resort like, one even has a heated floor! The chalet is located in a nice, safe, quiet neighborhood with a grassy open space behind it. We lucked out, and it was covered in snow while we were there making for the perfect play area. Our family of 5 had plenty of space in the chalet. We loved our days full of sledding, adventuring, and snowball fighting. The evenings were equally as fun spent snuggled up on the couch by the fire, watching movies, doing puzzles, and playing foosball. Britney was the perfect host and we can’t wait to go back to the chalet.

Listing info was inaccurate

This house states it sleeps 10- there is only sleeping for 8 unless guests bring their own air beds. Property manager was very slow to provide access to house info to me. It wasn’t received until 9:30pm the night before we checked in and she was curt with her response to my request. House is very nice and was clean- just not what was advertised making it a scramble for my family. Owners should get new property manager!

I’m sorry to hear you were unsatisfied with your stay. The property is advertised as available for a maximum of 8 guests, as this is all of the beds we have. The email with your check in instructions was sent 3 days in advance of your stay, as it is with all of our guests. We hope to have an opportunity to provide a more seamless experience should you visit Graeagle again.
