The primary bedroom offers luxury and comfort with a private balcony, king bed, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a smart TV for entertainment.

The second bedroom offers flexibility with two twin beds and its own smart TV, while the hall bathroom features a convenient walk-in shower.

Outside your condo, indulge in the resort-style amenities including multiple swimming pools, including a junior Olympic-sized pool and kiddie pool, perfect for family fun. Enjoy friendly matches on the lighted tennis courts or gather with friends and family for a barbecue using the community grills. Island Beach Racquet Club promises a coastal lifestyle of relaxation and recreation.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

-No pets are allowed at this complex.
-2 Parking Passes are provided for each reservation.

Back to the beach

Comfy spot for our family. There were a few maintenance issues (dishwasher not working, leak under kitchen sink) which were quickly dealt with. Shower water flow/pressure could be a bit better, but overall it’s a quiet and comfortable unit with lovely views.

Nice weekend family getaway

Place was as described, comfortable and clean. Screened in balcony was a great feature. There were beach chairs and an umbrella which was helpful along with a few sand toys. Building was quiet, pool well maintained and a short walk to a clean beach. There was plenty of extra bath towels & sheets. The unit was well stocked with most anything you would need. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place

Condo is warm and inviting. It seemed too colorful online but in-person, the colors blended together beautifully. My husband, me & my 2 children aged 7 and 3 stayed for a week. Location was perfect. Right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean & outside pool. Parking was convenient & elevators were never busy There was a cart to help w move in & check out. Beach was beautiful w a private access code. Pool had a fence around it w access code. Pool had a small baby pool of 1 1/2 feet w fence around it separate from the big pool. Big pool had depths of 3 1/2 ft to 8 ft. It was good for my 7 year old but not for my 3 year old. No lifeguard. The condo had a full kitchen & was well stocked. We brought meals down & cooked while there. There’s a kuerig, coffee pot, tea kettle. Fridge had a water/ice dispenser. Washer & dryer are private & located right outside the condo’s front door (in the vestibule area when you come off the hallway to the unit). They worked well. The master room bed is a king and there was ocean view from this room. Beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets. The balcony off this room is not screened in which was great for pictures of the ocean. The balcony off the living room was screened in. If you have little kids, the place has tall chairs & stools & showers only in both bathrooms. There were 3 tvs. Location was convenient—supermarket, gas station, ice cream place, restaurants and access to other towns close by. We had a wonderful time!
