Oceanfront condo with 4 shared pools, 2 seaside balconies, and sound side dock.

Beautifully appointed oceanfront condo set up for the perfect family vacation! Located in Atlantic Beach, NC, this little piece of heaven is the best spot to relax and explore! Enjoy the ocean view from one of two porches with views of both the sea and the pool. Dunescape Villas 248 is a 2nd floor unit. Kitchen is fully stocked and newly renovated with new countertops and appliances. Wet bar is conveniently located for that afternoon cocktail or packing a cooler for a day on the beach or boat! Primary bedroom has queen bed and private porch looking out over the ocean, with full bath. Second bedroom has bunk bed (twin over full) and one single twin bed, with full hall bath nearby. The third bedroom has a queen bed, with private 1/2 bath. Wireless internet and TVs in Living/Primary bedroom.
A private entryway screened porch allows a place to store your beach toys. This is a great spot for guests to remove shoes and clean off any lingering sand before entering. Washer/dryer in storage closet connected to screen porch.

Other amenities include oceanfront warm season pools, elevators (with luggage racks and grocery carts to help with moving in), access to Bogue Sound, boat storage and day dock available (public boat launch 1 mile away). Perfect for crabbing, fishing, or paddleboarding. Storage room located near private beach access has all the beach necessities including chairs, skim and buddy boards along with a shibumi shade, umbrella and surfboard. Community Grill(charcoal) on sight, and access, with gazebo/ boardwalk leading to the beach.


The NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores is only 3 miles away. If you're lucky, you could catch Sea Turtle nest hatching right on the beach! The Atlantic Beach Circle is within walking distance as well as the Atlantic Beach Town Park, featuring mini golf, a skate park, swings, splash pad, and Friday night movie nights during the summer! Fort Macon State Park is a fun/historic outing that's minutes away. Beaufort and Morehead City waterfronts provide fantastic dining and shopping opportunities as well as great sightseeing within a 20-minute drive.

Our stay was everything shown on the website. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. We loved that it has oceanfront view and overlooks the pool. Close to all the restaurants in Atlantic and attractions like putt putt, go karting and childrens community park with lots of fun stuff to do! Will definately rent again!!

Great Location

My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool and beach were an easy walk from our condo and both were fully visible from our balcony. With 3 pools to choose from, the one closest to us was never over crowded. The condo was clean and well equipped with kitchen items, towels, and blankets. Our days were spent mostly at the pool and our nights playing chess and Old Maid (games provided).

We loved the location- right on the beach and less than a 5 minute drive to the grocery store! Home was perfect for our family. Loved having 2 and a half bathrooms, very handy. Home owners seem very nice and were extremely accommodating. Can’t wait to return when it’s warm enough to use the pool!

Had a great time. Easy beach access, great views and awesome sunsets. This home was everything it claimed and more. Don't worry if you forgot something it is probally here, everything you need to cook. This may be a rentle but it feels like you are staying at someones home. We will use this home next time we visit this area.
