Enjoy a stay at this recently remodeled and professionally designed home on a quiet little cul-de-sac. This charming house provides many added comforts that feel like home.
The modernized open-concept great room design, takes in the kitchen, dining room, living room with a large window to the deck beyond in a private setting. High speed internet is ready to go with wifi, ROKU live streaming and a large T.V. installed.
Each bedroom is appointed to promote rest and includes new comfortable mattresses! The Master boasts a California King and barn door entrance on-suite bathroom.
Additional bedrooms have new queen size beds. All bedrooms have black-out curtains to provide a great night's sleep. A fourth bedroom is locked and used for storage.
The house includes a full laundry room, new water heater and HVAC system. Also, a charming covered front porch and covered back deck, great for enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine.
We are conveniently located near shopping, dining, quaint downtown Concord, the Charlotte Speedway, and several family friendly parks.

This home was perfect for our weekend get-away! Convenient location, super clean and the beds were so comfortable! It has everything you need; even a great backyard space! The host had great communication through out the entire stay! We would recommend this place 10 out of 10!

Quiet neighborhood, close to highway access any direction we wanted to go. Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Several restaurants close by. Enjoyed our stay, would come here again.

Clean and Cute Stay

This home was very cute, clean, and looked just like the pictures in the listing. This home was certainly spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 kids; with a bed for everyone to sleep in. I thought this home was pretty central to many restaurants, a grocery store, and gas stations. It’s located on a quiet little dead end street so there is next to no traffic which I find to be a pro! There were a number of board games that we enjoyed playing with our kids!! The only complaint I have is that there wasn’t a full size trash can in the kitchen, there was a little bitty bathroom sized trash can with grocery bags for trash bags. However overall I would definitely recommend this home!! If you go out to eat in Concord I highly suggest Lil Papi’s International Deli, the food was absolutely delicious; definitely the most memorable meal we ate while in town!

We visited to do all things NASCAR for 5 days.. This was a central location to everything. The house was so comfortable after long days out exploring. Highlight of the visit we went to Richard Petty’s museum (was told to go in the afternoon) and he was there!! We got pictures with the King of NASCAR..
