The very comfortable and clean condo is centrally located so it was perfect for us. The king bed odd so very comfortable! The high ceilings make it feel so spacious and really enjoyed the two separate outdoor sitting areas!! Large refrigerator was wonderful and with a 3 day, lots of hikes/workouts stay made having a washer and dryer a must so that was great too. We’d definitely stay again

Pros: Clean, spacious, in quiet area, more space than pictures show The condo could use updating but everything worked and was in good order. Overall I would stay here again. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was nice and beds were very comfortable! Perfect space for our 4 adults and 2 kids. We did Initially think it was located closer to the water, but it was just a short drive to the beach pavilion and park area, which we really enjoyed. The kitchen was well stocked with some of the essential things, and plenty of bath linens were provided. We would definitely book this house again.

Location was Great. Kitchen was well equipped. Carpeting had lots of stains. Wood furniture had lots of wear and tear. Throw rug in front of couch was badly wrinkled and a bad tripping hazard. The hot water was good and so was the AC. Great refrigerator too.

Enjoyed our stay

The property was very clean and in a great location. The host also provided some extras like soap, coffee, and detergent. The place was well maintained and the kitchen was nicely stocked.

The townhouse is clean and pleasant. And, of course, we appreciate being able to bring our little dog. The location is good -- and best of all, it's also very quiet.We only used the bed on the 1st floor -- it was quite comfortable (that's a really important thing, eh?). Everything worked just fine. The kitchen needs a bit of attention -- just some rearrangement of stuff in the cabinets. It seemed discombobulated.

Great stay with an excellent location

Perfect for our family's visit to Tennessee! Comfortable, convenient and welcoming place to stay. Easy drive to Doĺlywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Tail of the Dragon activities. Condo is located in a nice, quiet location. We loved our stay and have already booked our next stay with Savage Manor for the summer!!
