Welcome to Gulf Dunes Resort, unit 408. This elegant 3 bedroom condominium, with its beach front balcony ocean view, may be perfect for your family. The fifth floor elevation provides seemingly endless views to the east and west along Okaloosa Island. This Gulf Dunes vacation beach rental provides enough space for 8-10 comfortably. Flat Screen TV's in each room make it easy to relax. This newly renovated beach condo features new master bedroom furniture, all new bedding, a new sofa and love seat, a new wall mounted living room tv, new lamps, stainless appliances with oversized side-by-side refrigerator. The private balcony features extra seating with a full compliment of comfortable high chairs and tables perfect for your entire family to enjoy.
The living room adjoins the beach side balcony, which also overlooks the pool. The living room is complete with upgraded queen Palliser Cloud Z sleeper sofa and loveseat as well as a large wall mounted smart tv and adjoins both the master bedroom and dining area.

The master bedroom, as with most Gulf Dunes units, has a king bed, dresser, tv, walk in closet and access to the private master bathroom. The bedroom adjoins the beach front balcony. The bathroom has a double vanity, tub/shower combo, and toilet.

The guest bedroom features two queen beds, closet, dresser, tv, and access to the hallway full bathroom. This bedroom has a window view of the front of the Gulf Dunes Resort. Nearby is the 3rd bedroom which features a set of bunk beds, small dresser, and TV which is perfect for kids or teens.

Gulf Dunes Resort offers guests a getaway experience with spacious tropical grounds, sea dunes, tennis courts, grill area, two pools (one heated October thru March), and ample parking. The beach access does require navigation of stairs as you traverse the sand dunes. The beaches of Okaloosa Island are as pure white as beaches get. The sugary soft sand is found nowhere else in North America, attracting visitors from all areas of the world. Wade in the crystal clear water of the Gulf of Mexico. This stretch of beach is part of Florida's Emerald Coast, stretching from Panama City to Pensacola.

Gulf Dunes is near many of Destin's attractions, such as Destin Harbor, outlet shopping, and many other outdoor activities. Para sailing, snorkeling, scuba diving, go carting, jet skis, dolphin tours, bungee jumping, and water parks are just some of what Destin has to offer.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
• Beach Service - 1 Set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) is complimentary and set up daily during typical business hours, weather permitting from Mar 1 - Oct 31. Additional sets may be rented in person upon arrival by occupying chairs and paying when the vendor makes their rounds.
• Canopy: Personal canopies are allowed to be set up behind your beach service, but not in front of any other beach service. (typically back row only)
• Pools: Pools are typically heated as needed to a tenable level, and typically to a water temperature between 68-75℉.
• Parking: Up to 3 vehicles are permitted in uncovered areas only. No RVs or Trailers. Parking Passes are required.
