Well equiped kitchen, spacious living and dining area, close to groceries, Moore's BBQ, downtown New Bern. We were very comfortable. Enjoyed the screened in porch.
The entire house was as advertised - clean and well stocked. The gas fireplace did not work but was most likely a bad remote control. The screened porch was a wonderful place to relax and watch some fish jump in the canal.
We had a family reunion in New Bern and were looking for a nice play to stay for our trip. We now have a new standard for vacation rentals going forward. This place was perfect! Clean, spacious and the amenities were fantastic! If we ever visit the area again we would definitely book again.

We loved having you and your family and would happily host you again!
Property is fantastic and set up for an enjoyable stay. The bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms provide privacy for guests in a family. The kitchen and living area are open for a family gathering. The was immaculately clean. The owners were a pleasure and very communicative. Highly recommend!

Kristine took great care of our place. We'd welcome her back anytime!
Beautiful Property! Very spacious kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathrooms! I loved how it was very well stocked with essentials, and not the cheap stuff! They had extras if you were in need! We brought our own boats to go fishing! Easy tie up and access to dock and boat lift! We will be back! 10/10 Highly Recommend!
This property fit our family perfectly. The property was spacious enough for our family to spread out and be comfortable. We really enjoyed the outside space as well as the inside space. Being able to look out and see the water was a added bonus and we really appreciated that.
We are so glad the property was available.

We loved having your family stay. You were excellent guests and we would be happy to have you again.
The space was perfect for our needs. Each lady had her own bed. The ample living space was comfortable. The screened porch was lovely. Quiet neighborhood, conveniently located outside of downtown New Bern.
My family and extended family, party of 8, stayed for a week. I can say enough about how easy it was to feel at home here. The home is spacious, well appointed, and clean. We were there over the Christmas holiday so we actually used the kitchen a few times. It was helpful to have common spices and an abundance of cooking tools to make it easy. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will return when in New Bern area.

We appreciate you and your family staying and would welcome you back!
We found this home to be comfortable, peaceful and just what we needed. We were in town for a funeral and we completely enjoyed the screened in back area for morning coffee and evening chats. The weather was perfect and we had plenty of room to all hang out. They thought of everything in this house! Thank you
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home. My parents who are in their 80's did not have to climb steps and the location was spacious and very clean. This is definitely a location I would use again for family events in the New Bern area. This beats an hotel stay any day of the week. Thank you for sharing you home. We were well please with all your amenities and your quick responses to our needs.

We appreciate your feedback and loved sharing our home with you. We'd definitely welcome you back!
Our stay was VERY welcoming and comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the beautiful neighborhood and canal . Our beds were comfortable , the kitchen had everything we needed and more . It was stocked as well as any home would be . The home was tastefully decorated and very clean . The neighborhood was quiet and safe feeling . We especially enjoyed the screened in patio and the deck each morning with our tea . New Bern was a new experience for us and we absolutely loved the town and plan to return . Atlantic beach was a quick 25-30 min drive from the home which we also enjoyed part of an afternoon at . Our family of 5 were there to attend our eldest son's graduation from ECU , the drive was esp quiet and easy to the home to escape the very crowded town of Greenville , this was also another plus for us . We felt very blessed to have found this vrbo .
