Bring your whole family to this spacious three bedroom home with plenty of off street parking. You are a few blocks away from Lawson Creek Park with plenty of public boat launches. You are also a short bike ride to downtown where you can experience Historical New Bern, local breweries, shops, and restaurants. There is also plenty of public parking downtown if biking is not your thing. Enjoy spending time with your family cooking outside on the patio. This place will not disappoint!!

The property was very clean and well stocked. The property was located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The property was cozy and close to restaurants and stores. I was there on business, but the property was excellent for a wonderful family vacation.

Family Wedding

The house was exactly as expected, clean and roomy for the 8 of us. Close proximity to the Wedding Venue, Amelia Grove, which was perfect. Went shopping downtown and the Farmer's Market on Saturday morning was great. Plenty of things to do to keep is all busy.

A very good place to stay. Definitely worth the money

When you consider that a quality motel room runs close to 100$ a night, a long term stay in this house, (a month plus) is definitely a great value. When you consider the ample space afforded by the dining and living room areas, even on a nightly basis, its more than a great value. Top it off with a private back yard and a grill, and entertaining a group while in town beats even the largest motel suites, and the three bedrooms offer ample privacy. The location is on a residential side street, so traffic is minimal, and yet within a half mile you have access to many restaurants, shops, and a very good medical facility. Definitely a great value for 6-8 people.

It was a well-equipped home with equally nice bedrooms for everyone. We appreciated having the shed available to store our bikes. It was an easy bike ride to get to the start of our Bike MS event. We would stay here, again!

Feels like coming home, only cleaner

Beautiful home, extra large 6ft fenced in.yard. Bicycles available for use. Neighborhood is quiet and picturesque. Lots of lovely trees. No dogs off leash seen, i walked my dog a lot. Park for kids 5 blocks away. 5.minutes from town and any highways. Neighbors are kind and friendly. Harris teeter is a great grocery store. Awesome restaurants. We did the paint your own.pottery in.town, fun. Bring a canoe lots of places to.use that too. Will be back.

Lovely home and neighborhood

Jocelyn's home was perfect for our visit to New Bern! The home is very comfortable, is located just a short distance from downtown, and the fenced-in backyard was an ideal spot for our dog to romp around.

New bern nc gem.

Beautiful home lovely decore and with nice amenities. Large tall fenced yard. A grill and seating in the dining room for 8 with a complete kitchen. Plenty of room to sleep 6 adults. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet with lots of large trees, perfect for walking. It is 10 minutes from the quaint new bern town and more modern shopping in the opposite direction and martin marietta park. It is only an hour from johnson afb. The owner was quick to answer questions. We loved it. Will stay again

Perfect place in New Bern

We stayed at this property for the weekend as our son was getting married in New Bern. The house was clean and the check in process was very smooth. The property manager was very responsive to my messages and all concerns were handled promptly and to our satisfaction. It is very close to downtown and all the sites to see in this cute town!

Why they chose this property

My husband and I have been camping and visiting many beach towns on our travels for a few years. We stumbled upon New Bern and loved that it was a small town but close to the water. We came back to visit many times because you have two rivers in your backyard and a short drive to the beach. It was the perfect spot to buy a vacation home.
