This Colonial Revival home (the Josephine Disosway Duplex) was originally built around 1904 as a hotel/home and converted to its present form around 1920 and then stayed in the Disosway family until the 1970's.

RECYCLABLES (glass, boxes, cans) : placed in bright green barrels. Loose, not bagged.
Please strip all beds that were used and place linens in the laundry basket.
Please remove all food from the fridge.
Please place dishes in the dishwasher and start dishwasher please! Pods under sink.
If any items or furniture were moved from their original location please ensure they are put back. Thank You!
