Downtown Sunshine Bungalow w/AC, Fully Fenced Yard, 5 Smart TVs, W/D, Fast WiFi.

Adorable pre-war three-bedroom, three-bath remodeled bungalow on the western edge of historic downtown Flagstaff shops and restaurants. Five minutes to Basha's grocery store, five minutes to Downtown Flagstaff, and a 15-minute walk to the NAU campus and the Flagstaff Medical Center. Easy access to mountain bike & hiking trails. It is an excellent base for day trips to the Grand Canyon, Oak Creek, Sedona, and the Arizona Snowbowl.

During your stay, the entire home is yours. The pre-war home features three bedrooms, two on the first floor, each with an ample closet and a full bath adjacent. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in all the tubs and showers. Samsung Smart TVs in the living room, family room, and bedrooms with speedy streaming Wi-Fi. Full-size washer/dryer.

The main bedroom is upstairs. All of the bedrooms have Samsung Smart TVs with streaming WiFi access. The WiFi service is fast and powerful, with a 200 Mbps download speed and a 20 Mbps upload speed.

The comfortable, good-sized living room features a dining room that comfortably seats six and doubles as a workspace. The family room is really a great room, sharing space with the kitchen and bar. The living and family rooms each have a 50" Samsung Smart TV with streaming WiFi access. The fireplace is electric and can be operated with or without the remote. A switch inside the upper right cavity of the unit must be in the on position for it to operate.

The new kitchen features gray granite counters and a stainless steel under-mount sink. There is plenty of cabinet space. Retro mint green appliances include a gas range, microwave, and refrigerator.

There is a private fenced backyard and front yard. Fully fenced yard with Adirondack chairs, picnic table, charcoal BBQ & fire pit. There is parking in the driveway with overflow parking on the street. We also have an RV gate if you are traveling with a trailer or RV.

We love well-behaved dogs, and there is no extra charge or deposit for dogs. We are sorry, but we do not permit cats due to allergies.

Great family friendly stay near downtown

This was a great rental for several families who stayed together. We parked our cars and never needed to use them again and felt there was plenty of space to not be on each others toes. We will stay here again

Fantastic stay

Totally enjoyed our time in Flagstaff. Sunshine cabin was just that. Rich, the property manager was extremely quick to reply to any request. Home was extremely convenient for everything Flagstaff had to offer. Also was quiet as it is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. As a bonus, the Beds were extremely comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I live in Phoenix and frequently travel with our two little dogs. We bought this home in Flagstaff because we love the historic pre-war charm and location in the center of things – we are close to downtown, NAU, and all the hiking trails. We enjoyed fully remodeling the home, putting on a brand new roof and installing central air conditioning and heat, all new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. We hope that you enjoy the home as much as we do!

The Sunshine Bungalow is extremely well located immediately west of downtown in an enchanting neighborhood that is walking distance to shopping, groceries, and all the hiking trails.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique due to its combination of old and new. It was constructed nearly 100 years ago, yet you’ll find an updated kitchen and baths with modern appliances, air conditioning, central heat and Samsung Smart TVs in the living room, family room and all three bedrooms. There is a wonderful fully fenced yard with charcoal BBQ, fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and picnic table.
