The space
You will love this comfortable home away from home! Perfect for a couple or a family of four in includes two bedrooms, one bath, and an open family room / kitchen.
The home includes a well-equipped Kitchen, with an eat-in area large enough for 4-6. Coffee can be made with the Keurig, the french press pot, or the drip machine. Plenty of plates, cups, mugs, and utensils.
The mid modern living room has seating for 5 in comfy leather couches plus a retro chair. The big screen 4K TV has Roku with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu and other options available for free. Enjoy the guitar if you wish (in Tennessee orange, of course...)
The first bedroom boasts a medium firm 10inch Queen bed with ultimate motion isolation because of individually wrapped pocket coils Mattress. It also includes a desk for work, a dresser, and a closet for guest use. Both side tables and desk have convenient power and USB outlets for charging.
The second bedroom is dressed for game day, complete with a rocky top banjo, orange bedspreads, and UT flags. There are two comfy twin beds here with a bedside table between.
Relax on the front porch and enjoy the sunset and the peaceful surroundings.
Guest access
Access to the entire home. Unfinished basement garage/shed is for owner use only, but for week long stays this is negotiable.
Other things to note
Location is 3 minutes to Kroger, restaurants, and other shopping. There is a bus that goes downtown via Chapman highway (Bus 41).
