Basically just was there to sleep. We were not impressed with the area. It was hard to get ready, as the bathroom had no where to put our make up, straightener, toiletries. Other than that. It worked for what we needed it to. Thank you.
Great rental. Very clean and nicely decorated. Quiet neighborhood. Close to UT campus where my daughter is studying. The access to the Smoky Mountains is easy from the house. Definitely recommend.
The fenced in backyard was a huge plus as it gave us peace of mind with our pets while we were outside and while we were loading/unloading the car. The beds were comfortable and the space was clean. The little extra amenities in the bathroom, like the hair dryer, was also a nice touch. The neighbors were friendly and we enjoyed the firepit. We would stay again and recommend this place to others.
Cute little house that accommodate us well. We were in town for a family event and it was a great spot for us to be. Host was great and took care of us well
This is a perfect location if you want to drive or Uber to downtown Knoxville for any event. House is clean and they are easy to work with, we were able to have an early check in which helped out a lot. Would rent this property again!
We stayed here for 3 nights with our amstaff dog, it’s usually pretty hard to find a place that doesn’t have a weight limit for dogs and/or breed restrictions so we really appreciate the host accepting any size dogs! Clean, nice house. Perfect place to stay and will stay here again in the future.

Great location to downtown. Overall good place to stay. Note: The house does have a fenced yard but there’s no access to the fenced yard from behind the house. You will need to go out with your pet from the front or side of home to access the fenced yard. Also the chain link fence is low in some areas. Neighbors dogs are big and I was worried they may jump over the fence. I felt the neighborhood is safe.

Property itself was in a good area close to downtown. Owner was intrusive invasive and harassed me the whole time I was there and stayed on the property for no reason and also questioned the legitimacy of my service dog. Property was not clean (several bugs and spiders on ceiling day of check in..also saw a large roach one evening) and driveway very close to neighbors …hard to have room to get in and out and bring in luggage. Avoid this one at all costs.

First, this person has 2.3 stars out of 10 reviews and had to call the police department to have her removed from the property.
Second, I was building a deck and retaining wall for the next-door neighbor and she was going out on the patio cursing on her phone, loud as if she had Tourette’s syndrome. She was so loud her cursing brought attention to her having a dog that she did not pay the pet fee for.
Third, I confronted the guest and asked her to pay the pet fee. She said she had PTSD and the small weiner dog was an emotional support dog. I informed her that I did not accept emotional support animals and she needed to pay the pet fee. Then she changed her statement and said her weiner dog was actually a service dog and I could not ask for documentation not a pet fee. So I said I would call VRBO and let them handle it.
Fourth, VRBO contacted the guest and I was paid the pet fee. However, she then wanted to retaliate and set on the patio videotaping me and my employee work next door. I informed her she did not have permission to video tape on my privet property.
Fifth, the next day I had to mow the grass because it was the only day I had available and it was long overdue to be mowed. I was on a riding mower the entire time and the entire time she was videotaping me and also blocked the driveway so I could not put the mower back in storage after I was done.
Sixth, that was the final straw and I had to call the police department to have her removed from the property. I told her I would refund her the remaining nights as long as she fallowed the house rules and checkout instructions.
Seventh, later that night at 9:16 after she must have started drinking, she messages me this, copied and pasted. “You are a disgrace to our country . Hardly believe you were military. ----------- but at, Nut bag. You should’ve blown your brains out in Iraq.” The app filtered whatever she said and put blanks in place of her curse words. Also, no clue how she knew I was in the military and served in Iraq. I’m guessing she cyber stalked me?
Eighth, obviously she did not fallow the check-out instruction and instead left the property as if a hurricane hit the house. I still refunded her money back and actually made a mistake and refunded her an additional night so she got one night stay for free and two nights she didn’t stay refunded.
This person is also a realtor in Tennessee and will use her words, “Avoid this one at all costs.”
This property was pretty much perfect for my staying during the work week! The neighborhood is conveniently located close to downtown and UT’s campus even during rush hour traffic, right off Chapman Hwy but you feel like you’re out in the country with all of the mature trees and the little pond nearby. You can’t even hear traffic noise because it’s drowned out by pleasant cricket music. This house would be IDEAL to book for a football weekend or other multi-day visit to UT as it sleeps up to 4 (2 bedrooms with queen beds a couch in the living room) and is also dog-friendly (the neighborhood does not have sidewalks but still great for walking as there’s not much traffic and the neighbors were all very nice), with a great fully fenced in backyard and a little Weber grill and lots of useful kitchen equipment for cooking. Also conveniently located near several grocery stores and a quick drive to all different kinds of restaurants, Walgreens/CVS, gyms to drop into, etc. The host was very responsive to any needs or questions that I had and the check in and check out process was a breeze. Stacked washer/dryer, dishwasher, AC and other appliances all worked great. 10 out of 10 would book here again!

Uncomfortable interaction with host
The place was pretty clean and pretty comfortable. However, some things to note as you prepare for your stay:There are no sheets for the “sofa bed” (which is just a sofa)-you get two dishwashing pods-you get no washing machine pods, and when you ask the host if there are any, he will rudely tell you to “buy your own.”-while there is an abundance of oven mitts, there are zero baking dishes or baking sheets. Again, when asking if there were any I was overlooking, the host replied “lol.. like I said, buy your own.”-there is no shampoo-there is a black moldy sponge in the bathroom shelf next to the clean towels.-there was no central heating,Host “credited” me 50 for my inconvenience, and then asked for it back when I didn’t leave the receipts. Gl(I hadn’t been collecting the receipts for all my purchases all week)He was very rude to me.

Not true statement at all. This lady is a crazy lady that kept asking for more and more. Kept messaging me for things that were there already there she was not taking time to look. The house was stocked but not to her liking. I sent After getting tired of her hearing messages I sent her $50 to buy whatever she needed along as she left the receipt. She didn't leave a recipe nor any additional supplies that I paid for with the $50. Not a good person nor a good way of doing business.
