About this property

Large Peaceful Woods Retreat Close to Everything!

Relax with your family & friends in this spacious home close to everything the village has to offer while only 4 mi to the west gate. Walking distance to the lake & diner. Close to golf & fishing, or head downtown for a great dinner. Perfect for a family or crew of friends! Boat and kayak rentals at the Marina. There are walking trails, 9 lakes, 11 golf courses plus so much more.
We have stocked the house including ping pong table, 2 TV's & 2 dining tables for entertainment in the home as well!
The space
There are 3 upstairs bedrooms that all have king size beds (3 total upstairs) . One is the master with a En Suite bath and then the other 2 will share a larger bathroom with a double vanity.

The basement is a "bunk room" and has two full size bunk beds each with a twin trundle (so 6 total downstairs) .

There are two full bathrooms upstairs

Downstairs has a half bath.

Please note due to allergies in the family we are unfortunately not able to accommodate hosting guests who utilize service animals at this property

Church Getaway

The property was in a cute spot, very near swimming and loads of activities. There were so many beds! Our kiddos loved it and wanted to stay forever. We'll visit again soon!

Old house

House had ceiling damage in bathroom that had debris on the floor where it was falling apart. Trash was overloaded and smelled and creating bugs. Baby gate to basement wd useless. Had to install screws to the wall so toddler didn't fall downstairs. Tried to get ahold of manager for months to verify reservation and ask about service dog.

These guests passed out my phone number to family members who frequently called and left messages on my line for multiple names (none of them ours) and referencing multiple properties (again, none of them ours) making it very difficult to discern their intentions and asking for multiple exceptions to rules. When we finally connected the dots we immediately reached out - however they broke many house rules anyways and left the place with over $1,000 of damages. Furthermore the ceiling was due to them breaking of a shower head (which A. Was new as of our October renovation) which sprayed the ceiling, tore of (again relatively new) towel bars, put holes in our walls etc. VERY difficult and destructive guests like we've never experienced.
