About this property

Peaceful Madison-Dane County Area Retreat

Tower Chateau is a luxury guest suite perfect for traveling professionals that need a quiet and comfortable place to stay. It is located 25 minutes from downtown Madison, Camp Randall and the Kohl Center in one of the nicest neighborhoods in the metro area. It is an excellent place for the traveling professional. It is not an appropriate place for traveling work crews.

The space:
Tower Chateau is a 1000 sq. ft. private unit in the lower level of our home. There is a private entrance and it is completely separate from our upstairs home. There is parking for two regular sized vehicles, free laundry, free electric car charging, a full kitchen, a full bathroom, one king-size full bedroom, and a futon couch/bed. This is a convenient location for those wanting to visit the area. It is a quiet, peaceful place to stay.

Our parking space is limited (2 standard vehicles) so please reach out to us to confirm that your vehicles will be well suited. Please no RVs or construction vehicles.

Important Rules:
All VRBO guest rules apply, as well as (but not limited to):

$20 fee per night for each additional guest after 2.

No events, parties, glitter, confetti, or spray tan.

No unauthorized visitors. Only registered guests are to be on the premises.

No pets.

There is guest parking in the driveway for two regular sized vehicles if they are parked one behind the other-about 30 feet total.

Street parking is not available.

The guest parking area is not suitable for RVs, construction vehicles or trailers.

No driveway camping or generators.

No mail or package delivery to the address.

You are financially responsible for any damages.

If you would like an extra cleaning/freshening up during your stay, let us know and we can arrange that for a small fee.

NO SMOKING, VAPING OR TOBACCO USE ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THIS PROPERTY.

Perfect for our weekend getaway

Our stay at Rene and Terry’s was perfect! We were in Madison for the CrossFit Games event and enjoyed using their place as a perfect little retreat. It was quiet, clean, comfortable and had lots of welcoming touches that made us feel at home and taken care of. Even though we were about 20 minutes from the venue, it was an easy drive and would stay here again and highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay here. You have a private basement space in a nice neighborhood close too many amenities. Check in was super easy and so was parking. The unit is beautifully furnished with a luxurious bathroom and super comfortable king sized bed. I had to work requiring me to be online on zoom calls and the internet was strong and reliable. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in Cottage Grove - your home was the perfect home base for my son's Ironman race in Madison. Wonderful property and experience!

My husband and I went to visit our Badger. He's a long way from home and I wanted to do some home cooked meals for him. Such a great space! Did a family and friends dinner, watched some sports and had a lot of quality downtime for myself. The space is in brand new condition, very spacious, beautifully decorated, huge shower.
