About this property

Family Traditions on Main Street

The Main Street Condos are three story units located just a few blocks from the Texas Tech Campus. The first floor has one bedroom and bath. The second floor is where you will find the living room, kitchen, laundry room, and balconies. The front Balcony is a great place to sit and drink your morning coffee and the back balcony has the grill.
The 3rd floor has the two other bedrooms and two full baths as well. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and a designated workspace. The spaces are comfortable and welcoming.


The Owner's Dale & Jennifer are both Tech graduates as well as their 3 kid
The location is perfect to do all ts. So you can see that it is a family tradition to be a Red Raider fan. They bought this home away from home for when they come to attend Tech games and events, but they want to share it and their love for Texas Tech with others.

Very clean and stocked well. It had all we needed and then some. Very grateful for that.Comfortable We really felt relaxed. Communication was excellent. I would recommend this place as a top notch, but I would suggest driving your beater vechile or find parking quite a distance from your stay.The only negative and no fault of the owners. Our vechiles had to be parked along the busy street by the curbs and we soon realized many speed through this area and hit a dip in the road near by pretty hard too.My son's brand-new car was hit just right out side the doorway. Severely damaging the drivers side door, fender, and wheel. It was parked correctly only inches from the curb. Leaving plenty of room for passer bys and traffic. We spent the rest of the day (leaving a graduation) trying to find out if his vehicle was drive worthy to make the 300 mile drive home or if it would need to be towed. A heart broken young man and an added stressor to a day that should be full of celebration. We made the best of it anyways.I would recommend this place as a TOP NOTCH, but I would suggest driving your beater vechile or find parking quite a distance from your stay.
