We had a great time at Kiawah for our family reunion. House was very nice. Good location, easy walk to beach, kitchen was well stocked with pots, dishes, etc. and nicely labeled too. House comfortably accommdated 12 of us. Nice outdoor grill too. Host was repsonsive to our requests. Would recommend this house to others.

Wonderful location and easy access to the beach! Jeff was extremely attentive, great at communicating with us, and a wonderful host. The house was perfect for our large family and everything was so well stocked. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool and all the games. We had a wonderful week staying here at Kiawah, and look forward to coming back!

Thank you Jeff and family for sharing your beautiful home with us. We celebrated my daughter's graduation this past weekend and we had such a wonderful time. The house is appointed so well - from kitchen tools/equipment, to arcade games, to the pool and guest house. Everything was great. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend. A quick walk to the beach which was spectacular. This was our first visit to Kiawah but we will definitely be back.

We had a great time despite the weather not fully cooperating! The house is in a great location on the island but quiet. Very well equipped, we cooked several meals for large family gatherings. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacay

This property was ideally suited for our family, allowing us easy access to golf, the beach and all Kiawah has to offer. Our property manager, Jeffrey, did an outstanding job communicating ahead of and during our visit. We made many fun, family memories during our stay.

Beautiful home in great location.

The property was beautiful and well stocked with everything we could need. We had 17 guests which fit comfortably. It was a short walk to the beach. We would have loved to stay longer!

What a great family vacation at Kiawah! The house was perfect for our kids and grandkids. Getting to and from the beach was an easy walk, the pool was great and the beds were super comfy - that is not always the case! The kitchen was well outfitted for cooks of all kinds. We were close to lots of great restaurants and stores when the need to explore hit us. All in all a lovely vacation!
