The Aquamarine is located at milepost 8.5 in Kill Devil Hills, NC. This home is within walking distance of a running track, tennis courts, skate park/roller hockey rink, and disc golf course. You're minutes away from groceries, restaurants, and entertainment. Guests have access to the resort-style community pool located in the neighborhood. Plus, wake up early to walk across the street to Kill Devil Hills' top attraction, the Wright Memorial.

What we supply
-A starter pack of supplies: sponges, dishwashing soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and a couple of dishwashing and laundry pods.
-Linens for six are included with the stay. Beach towels are not provided.
-Two parking spots are included. Additional parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis in visitor spots. Residential and commercial trailers are not allowed.

Great Family Option!

My family and I enjoyed a long weekend staying at this property. The house was clean and close to the beach. The pool was the cherry on top! My young boys really enjoyed. This all contributed to a memorable weekend.

Love the pool and beach access

We stayed with our four children and they loved the pool. It was a little cold the week we came and the pool is not heated but is still wasn’t too cold for the kids. The public beach access is very close and we never had an issue getting a parking spot. The beach access also has bathrooms which is nice with kids. There is also a park and playground we found walking one evening that is close by. The location of the property is also close to grocery stores, the urgent care, and pharmacies which we appreciated.

Very nice house, great location! Loved en-suite in each room, plus powder room on main floor. Lots of appreciated amenities, like TP, paper towel, dish soap, a few spices - all nice little extras. Pool is very nice. Parking is very limited, so if you have more than 2 cars or will have guests, this could be a big hassle. No grilling available.

Our second time here! Love this cozy little nook for our family. Perfect size and close to everything. My kids are obsessed with the pool, and us parents love the quiet street. The beds are SO comfy and we appreciate the friendliness and communication with the owners! We will be back!

Aquamarine Kill Devil Hills

We had a great time overall, weather was a little chilly. The house was perfect for our quick trip. Plenty of activities for the kids, Pool, and beach were super close and centrally located to everything in town. Thank you for the Duck Donuts gift card, nice surprise! I would recommend this place to any family looking for a nice trip.

Relaxing Stay!

We had a fantastic stay at the OBX! The rental was very much as advertised amenities and provided everyday we needed for the week. It offered great value for the price, making it a wonderful choice for a getaway. The convenient location was a definite plus, allowing easy access to the beach, pool and local attractions. The host was exceptional, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout my stay. I highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a comfortable and hassle-free vacation experience.

Fantastic weekend trip with family!

The Aquamarine is a beautiful home! It was spotless, well-stocked, spacious and decorated beautifully! The host was easily accessible and responded to any question we had! We had a few different family members stop by and they also were impressed by The Aquamarine! We loved the we were right around the corner from our favorite pizza place Slice and our favorite bakery Proof! Fantastic trip!

Very clean and well kept

We had so Much fun! The pool was a nice bonus and we appreciated how clean the place was. It had everything we needed and the host was very responsive when we had some minor questions.the condo complex is a little noisy with construction and lawn care noises. But it was great as a launching pad to the beaches so close. Thank you!

Beautiful Townhouse with a Great Beach Vibe

This townhouse was exactly what we were looking for . . . 3 bedrooms, 3+ baths (each bedroom had its own with a bonus half bath on the main level. The price was good and the communication from the hosts was outstanding. The decor was beautiful and beach friendly. The location was literally a short walk from the Kitty Hawk Memorial, and super close to the main roads without being loud or crowded. We would definitely rebook and recommend it to friends.

Our stay

We enjoyed our stay at the aqua marine. The hosts were available anytime we had a question. When there was an issue with the clubhouse they communicated effectively. The townhouse was accurately described. There was plenty of space for several teens and two sets of adults. The townhouse was clean. We drove to the beach (5 mins) and we’re able to easily find parking.

Great Location!

This townhouse is located near the Wright Brothers Museum and easy to find. The home was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with all that is needed for cooking. The living room sliding door handle broke off the first day, however the owner was very apologetic and advised the handyman wasn’t available so we had to make sure the sliding door stayed locked. I like that all the bedrooms have its own bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is at the top of a second set of stairs so you will get your exercise! I would recommend this property.

Good for Utility Needs

We have been coming to the outer banks for years and of course have seen rental prices skyrocket. We found this unit to be a bit devoid of character in most ways for the price. It was very clean, and the owners were very polite and communicative. We just thought the value vs price was a bit off. Otherwise fine stay.

Great family trip with our kiddos

This property is very nice. We stayed with our 5 kids ranging age 2-14. It’s very clean and accurate to its listing. The owner was extremely responsive and kind. I felt comfortable having my toddler roll around the floor. The local beach was beautiful and clean. The pool was nice and sufficient and was a couple min walk. My only suggestions would be that the seating accommodate the amount of people the house can host. The house has enough beds for 8 but can def host additional kids on air mattresses if needed… but the living room only seats 5. So we just piled on. Same with the dining room table only seats 6 so my toddler sat on our lap. I think these are just fine tuning issues but it doesn’t take away from our great trip!
