The Beach Mouse was conveniently located on the beach. Our eleven people had separate bedrooms and bathrooms where appropriate. The pool was very refreshing after spending the day on the beach. Suggestions would be to purchase an ice machine as we were always running out and fix the igniter on the gas grill.

King size beds in most of the rooms with bathrooms. It was a very short walk to the beach which was nice! The area was wonderful. You left like you had your very own beach to yourself because it wasn't much beach traffic.

Property Manager was great to work with. Pool was heated and ready to use as soon as we arrived. Kitchen was well equipped. Rooms were spacious and beds were great.

Amazing beach front property with plenty of space! So close to everything, very family friendly and clean. Tv wouldn’t work in one room but host took care of it immediately and responded quickly with any questions. Price is fair but from other places I’ve stayed it seemed they didn’t have any essentials. Nothing really included but a very minimal starter pack of shower soaps. No salt/pepper/ trashbags/ etc. And pool is heated only for an additional fee. If the pool was warmer we definitely would’ve swam more but the distance to the ocean was worth it. I would absolutely recommend staying here to larger families. And the host was magnificent.

The Beach Mouse and family

The home was great and had plenty of room for our group of 8. Great beach view from both decks. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It did have a lot of steps and I wish the elevator would have been available for our elderly family members. The check in and check out process was easy. We all had a great time .

Priceless views

Glad we chose to stay here for our weekend getaway. The views are breathtaking from so many different angles of the house. The house is very spacious, and well equipped with everything you need. Beds are comfortable to sleep in. We was unable to use the pool due to the heater froze up (they did refund us for that) and unable to use the hot tub as the lid wouldn’t stay down to keep it heated. Overall, we had a really good stay!

Beach Mouse

Property was clean. Very responsive to our call. Only issue was that it listed a hot tub that had been removed. They responded that it should not have been listed and would remove it from the listing. TVs all worked great. Dishes and appliances were very clean.

Great beach location

The location of the Beach Mouse was great, beautiful view and great access to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable and well stocked with all the comforts of home. The accuracy of the listing needs to be updated. The house has no hot tub and we had issues with the pool heater. I spoke with the pool person when they arrived and he did not address the issue with the heater. The WIFI is spotty at best, I reported an outage and was directed to reset my router, I did this multiple times and it kept going out, I wanted to enjoy my vacation, not mess with internet and pool issues. I paid a premium price for the dates I stayed and expected better.

Great Stay at Beach Mouse for a long weekend

Stayed with 3 families (12 total; 6 adults, 3 teens, 1 preteen, 2 littles) for an extended weekend in January 2023. Fantastic property on a quiet beach area with incredible views. Property isn't 'new', but is well kept up. Bedrooms and bathrooms were plentiful and beds comfortable. The crows nest is a cool place to hang out, but if you plan to try to sleep there be forewarned there are no window treatments so be ready for the sun. We were not sleeping there so it served as a peaceful and lovely hangout spot. Kitchen is well equipped to cook anything you can plan. Hot tub was great, pool was clean and clear but wasn't in our plan for January :). Views from the deck are stellar with some nice furniture to relax and take it all in. Beach path from the patio to the beach is less than a 20 second walk. Beach area is huge and clean. Played many a game on the large dining room table and in the family room. Terrific property, look forward to staying here again.
