We had a great time at this VRBO. It was as expected and my wife slept well, which is rare, especially on our first night, as it is quiet and private. There is no way to cook food here (unless you cook in a microwave) but we usually bring our own food and the kitchenette had everything we needed.Bed was comfy and water was plentiful and HOT for the shower.Our dog enjoyed the courtyard and had plenty of things to sniff. There is no yard but the neighborhood is easy to walk in and the neighbors were friendly. Someone was even giving away as many lemons as you could carry.In all, a pleasant experience and if we are back in this area, we would stay here again.

Property was easy to access and beautifully decorated. It is perfect for 1 or 2 people. The kitchen was well stocked with complementary coffee & tea, and everything you need to make meals. The bed was VERY comfortable. House was quiet and I could only hear footsteps from the adjoining house.

A sweet apartment in a lovely neighborhood with a small/private patio garden, exceeded our expectations.Hosts thought of everything, including doggy leash and dishes, doggy beach towels (that we didn't need), great coffee, a 'welcome book' that covered everything! We hope to visit again soon.

Lovely getaway

We loved staying in this cute studio for a couple days of relaxation near the beach and mountains. Conveniently located and all the check in etc. instructions were very clear! Highly recommend!

Perfect Spot

This was a great place to stay as it was very centrally located to what we wanted to do from Santa Cruz down to Monterey. A very quiet community and nice room with everything you need. Communication was excellent and would definitely recommend staying there!!

Cozy stay

This studio had everything we needed and more. Bed was comfortable, the unique vintage furniture was nice to enjoy and learn their origins. Bathroom and studio was clean, close to the interstate and easy to get to places, definitely coming back to stay.
