Decorated using clean lines and fresh colors, all while remaining inviting and engaging, this resort includes all that is signature to Southwest Florida. Traveling with a large party? Many of the units at this resort include lockout rooms, so you can open up several units for comfortable vacationing while maintaining privacy and space. All units feature a full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, Plasma TV’s, wireless Internet access, private washer/dryer and pillow top mattresses. Located just steps from the unspoiled beaches, we invite you to open your windows and let the warm Gulf breezes and sounds of the waves lapping against the shore lull you to sleep. For luxurious accommodations on Anna Maria Island, the only choice is The Beach Club.



Limited Membership Privileges: Guests of The Beach Club at Anna Maria #12 will have temporary membership privileges at Cedars Tennis Resort located at 645 Cedars Court on Longboat Key. The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to fully-lit Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the community fitness center.



Accommodations: The Beach Club at Anna Maria is a relaxing, yet modern retreat located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Choose from our various unit styles including studio, one-, two, and three-bedroom units. Enjoy all the amenities of home in these fully furnished condominiums, including large Plasma TVs, full-sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, dining area and modern, yet beachy, decor.

Please Note: The Beach Club at Anna Maria is a self service resort; we do not provide daily housekeeping services. For your convenience, an amenity "Starter Kit" is provided to assist you upon your arrival. Any essentials after the initial provided, such as toilet paper, dish soap, etc. is the responsibility of the guest.

It’s right across the street from the ocean. It had everything we needed. It was very noisy, so bring your earplugs. We would stay there again.

Perfect location, great property!

Perfect location for our stay. The beach and pool were amazing. Kitchen was well stocked. Unit was very clean and super comfortable. We did not make use of the free trolley, but maybe we will next time. The short walk to the cafe on the beach was beautiful. Loved loved loved our stay!

Nice place to stay

Place was clean, close to all the restaurants, grocery stores, and you walk across the street like 10 steps and you’re at the beach. The bay is right behind the complex and you can see sunrise from there. Has clean pool and hot tub that’s cleaned everyday. Has a beautiful balcony with the view of ocean as well. Recommend

Great stay.

Had a short stay of 2 nights while awaiting my move-in date for home. Great little studio apartment. Would be great for a couple on vacation, with quick access to the beach, as well as short distance to restaurants, etc... Staff was helpful and friendly. Clean place but very noisy!

The place was clean and just as described. We were disappointed they advertised community bicycles (so we left ours at home) only to find out there are no bikes. However the major issue was that the walls were paper thin, we were up until the 1:30Am listening to our drunk neighbors who sounded like they were sitting in our room because the walls are so thin. If you aren’t concerned about noise then it’s a perfect spot close to the beach.

The location was fine - views to the Gulf and the beach a short distance away after crossing the well travelled road. The room is small - enough for my wife and I but not luxurious. The two straight chairs in the room are not very comfortable for watching TV which then leaves you with sitting on the bed. There was some noise from adjacent rooms but nothing too loud or disturbing. It was a good stay.

Spring Break

This is a small studio but worked for 2. Great location on island. Beach right across street and easy walk to multiple restaurants and shops. Thought the sneezing and sinus that started Day 1 was just allergies since we have not had spring yet. However after 3 days with meds and no relief I found the HVAC closet to see that the filter had not been changed in months or more and was caked with dust and dust throughout the closet. Office did not have correct replacement and told me they would get one that day. I had to go buy one as never heard back. Great location but needs better cleaning and daily upkeep- maintenance
