wish the pool was heated and missed the DVR, should be included in the rental of the home. other than that the home was in a great location and we loved the stay. will stay again.

40th wedding anniversary vacation in paradise

We loved our stay at the Tailfeather home. We were lucky to find this opportunity since we have family in the same subdivision. The house had a few minor maintenance issues which were promptly addressed by the management company. It was very well stocked with almost everything we could want.

Winter get a way

Tailfeather house was great and working with management was always very prompt. Only suggestion would be to lower the cost to heat pool and hot tub.

Pool heat price is outrageous, and beds not changed

The house is nice just for a week. However upon arrival where you eat outside in the lani it was absolutely awful , does not look like it's ever been pressure washed it still had food and foot marks everywhere in the pool area. Our bed sheets in the king bed were not changed at all. So upon check-in please make sure the house is clean. Also, **** if you want a heated pool you will be charged a ton a week to heat the pool. However, because it's so nice outside the heat does not kick on every day so they're completely ripping you off. I know people who own a pool and it does not cost what they charge. Location is ok. Very busy area if you take the highway for everything. Also the house had nothing to accommodate children. Crib, high chair I am also a property manager my self and I would never scam heat prices like that or leave the house the way it was.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. House review

House overall was lovely, spacious, clean and met all of our needs. We did encounter a few problems. Water filter in fridge needed to be replaced. It was...the day we left. We had major problems with the internet which were not addressed in a timely fashion making work difficult. Another problem was our request for the pool heater. The day we requested it to be turned on, nobody came to do it until the late afternoon making that day wasted. We also found out, by accident (not from any information from VBO) that we were entitled to use the community pool, tennis and pickle ball courts. They all require a key which was difficult to obtain. VBO should have been able to provide the information upon arrival. We hope these problems will be addressed for our visit next year!

Fantastic property in a beautiful neighbourhood

This a great family home. Location is perfect as it is right next to i75. Swimming pool and tub are great to cool down in! Backs onto a fantastic golf course which is a must play. Fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, Internet, huge master en suite which is great. Very clean and no problems. Great restaurants nearby, particularly enjoyed Stonewood Grill and you must try Crab and Fin. Wonderful property in a great location!

A nice house that has not been maintained

This is a nice house in a nice neighborhood that has been neglected. We rented for a month and met many lovely local vendors who performed crisis management on a poorly maintained home. During our stay we had the garage door fixed after it swiped our car, met a plumber who fixed 2 of 3 toilets, had the air conditioning men come in to correct a non- functional air system, lost 3 days of our last week swimming (while our grand kids were there) while awaiting repairs. Other minor things include a microwave that doesn't work, a toaster that has to be unplugged to be turned off and appliances on their last legs- washing machine and disposal. It's unfortunate that this home is being sponsored in its current condition. Dr. M. Platt
