Great walkable property! Madison was a great town to visit and the whole group enjoyed their stay at this property. Having three bathrooms was essential for our group. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Both types of coffee makers and pods provided. Host was responsive when I had questions. 5 star stay!

A beautiful space it obviously has some things that are consistent with an older home people may find jarring who are not familiar with older homes but me and my girls loved all of the character it provided! The kitchen is perfect for those looking to save a few bucks by cooking at home!! The beds are comfy and clean and perfect for large groups!! The king size could sleep three if people are feeling comfy cozy and can easily sleep two without feeling crowded!! The showers have excellent pressure with perfect amount towels!! We would love to make this a regular trip and use this beautiful home as our stay (We were on my bachelorette trip). Easy access to all of the things in Madison! We loved this space.

Mike was a wonderful host. He responded quickly to my request. The information regarding check-in and check out was great. The only negatives we had were Jefferson Street is a very, very busy street. He did tell us that and for us to park on Fourth Street. Parking on fourth Street was great. There was always plenty of places to park! One other negative was that there was no railings at doors going into the house. It makes it a little difficult with the steps. The house was great. It was big and clean! The bathrooms were nice and totally met our needs.

Christmas in Indiana

Clean, comfortable and cozy rental for a Christmas visit with family. This location was ideally located in downtown Madison in walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the river walk. They even had a lit Christmas tree set up and waiting for us. Highly recommend!

Great location, clean, well decorated. Appreciated the coffee pods/tea available. Kitchen well stocked, and liked the history blurb on the welcome note. Would recommend for families or friend groups. Thanks!

Host was welcoming. Enjoyed our stay but didn’t realize the traffic on Jefferson would be so busy and loud. Kitchen cutlery and pans were pretty bad but otherwise it was comfortable and nice considering it was so old.

Loved the house but we would have liked to have seen the house decorated for Christmas. Some places we have stayed at in the past were decorated. The other thing was we had dog hair on the sheets on multiple beds. The mattresses were not as comfortable for us older people and maybe tvs in bedrooms.
