Heater, nice bed, water, stove, toaster, coffee, etc. Near the beach, bus, tennis, pickleball, and disc golf. Furnished upon request: bicycles, racquets, pickleball, disc, beach chair.

2-day minimum. Parents with children at UCSB love it.

Will definitely book this RV again!

The camper van is comfortable for 2 people, it’s private, clean and cozy. Upon checkin, Eric walked us through all that we needed to know like lights, toilet, and water pump. He also offered tea and coffee for our stay. The bed was comfortable, there are magnetic privacy covers for the windows and windshield, it is a quiet neighborhood in front of a park. We were concerned that it will be cold at night, but the van is perfectly insulated that we didn’t even turn on the heater. Eric and Jana are very nice hosts and responsive. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
