Welcome to our Affordable Executive Getaway #11, where serenity, comfort, and value come together in Santa Barbara’s most coveted location. The inviting living space features a cozy sofa and a 42” HD TV, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen blends both functionality and style, with sleek limestone floors and modern stainless steel appliances, including a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave.
The serene king bedroom offers a peaceful retreat, with French glass doors that open to a small private terrace, providing charming foothill views. The adjoining bathroom is elegantly appointed with limestone accents, custom cabinetry, and a shower-tub combo for ultimate relaxation.
This apartment is located on the second floor (walk-up). Please note that the designated parking spot is in a small carriage house, suitable for one compact vehicle. The dimensions of the carriage house are 16.5 feet in length and 8 feet 8 inches in width. For additional convenience, street parking is available nearby. Alternatively, we offer other units with standard parking spaces.

We own multiple properties in Santa Barbara. All the studio, one bedroom and 2 bedroom units you see here are located on 201 Bath Street. My husband and I own and manage each of our properties. We have pride of ownership and when you call with questions regarding the properties or any concerns you speak directly to us. We own and manage the entire complex and all the units inside it. This pride of ownership shows and as a result our guests return over and over again providing us with a loyal customer base. Many of our guests have been coming for years and for long-term stays.
Why they chose this property
There are so many Santa Barbara properties available for rent. The number one difference between all of them are location, location, location. The closer to the beach and the closer to Santa Barbara the more expensive the real estate. We are 2 blocks to the beach and downtown, not on a commercial thorough fare, not next to the highway or railroad track and not a bus ride or car ride away from downtown. We combine our location with the best pricing and the best amenities. Finally, we are immaculately clean.
