For same-day bookings, IDs must be sent before 3:00 PM (Cairo time), All guest IDs must be submitted to El Gouna Community for approval according to the community rules.
- Amount Should be collected 7 days before arrival to avoid automated cancellation.
- Guests will be requested to sign an online registration card upon arrival.
- Location and entry code will be delivered to guests at check in time.
