Comfortable home designed to take in and enjoy the beauty of Asbury Park. Quick walk (.7 mile) to the beach (beach locker included during summer season), and downtown. Coffee, yoga studio, and shops and Sunset Park just outside the door. Lots of outdoor space for cooking, dining and relaxing. Open floor plan with large range, griddle great for families. Paddleboards, kayaks, hammock and outdoor shower all here for your use.
The space
3 bedrooms and full bath are upstairs on second floor. Full kitchen, dining area, and comfy sitting/tv area along with record player and collection for your enjoyment along with half bath are all part of open floor plan on firs floor. Ample backyard with deck for dining and grilling and additional sitting areas further back, hammock and outdoor shower are all available as well as cozy front porch for watching the world go by. You will have access to unfished basement where washer and dryer are.
