The guest came to the property with expectations that was clearly not provided or listed in the property details, such as specific Keurig products. She was informed the kitchen was not a full kitchen but rather a kitchenette as described in the listing. I believe this lead to the low review which was very unfortunate because my primary goal as a vacation rental owner with super host status on other rental sites is to make by guests enjoy their stay, feel at home and leave with a positive experience.

I really enjoy my stay at this location, it’s minutes away from universal and so many famous locations. Me and my daughter felt secured, room was clean… communication with the host was awesome. We will stay here again. Unfortunately, we was not able to swim because of the weather but next time hopefully we can.
