Private Beach! 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with sunroom and patio in desirable beachside community of Chateau La Mer, directly across from gorgeous private Destin beach. This affordable, ground-floor unit features a large, open-concept, island-themed, living/dining area with tiled floors throughout and plenty of seating options. The white kitchen includes a breakfast bar and stacked washer and dryer–no need to do vacation laundry when you arrive back home. The cool and comfortable Master Bedroom contains a king bed, the second, bedroom offers two queen-sized beds and easily accommodates a family or two couples. Sleeps 6. ​​​​​​​$100 - 1 Pet Allowed, 35 lbs or under. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional long-term pet fee of $150 is required. No Cats!

Excellent location! Easy walk to the beach, also very close to the pool. Nice to have a washer/dryer in unit. Condo is a little dated but the pictures are accurate. It was very clean which is the most important thing to us. Would rent here again.

Nice vacation rental

This property offered a clean, accommodating stay in a nice location directly across from the beach and a local restaurant. Parking is close, secure and easy to access. We were very pleased with this property rental. Highly recommended.

We stayed For four days at this location, the house is very well stocked with everything you need. Only suggestion would be for the amount of days to have more dish washer soap, toilet paper and trash bags available very nice furnished house beds are comfortable. I would stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay!

Pros: Super Clean, Convenient, and Accomodating Spring break for my daughter and her friend became a major success in part due to this place. Cons: NO internet. It exists, but no connection strong enough or one that would remain for any duration of time. I am tech savvy so I understand how to connect and troubleshoot. Additionally, even though it couldn’t run it, the TV options could be updated since they’re cheaper now for the sizes in this location. However, be prepared to use and buy tons of data for the phone because I had to hotspot to remote work. There was also a slight crack in the front door that you can see through out and in. Sounds major, but the location isn’t sketchy enough that it bothered us honestly. Noise due to proximity to bar/restaurant locations, birds, and other renters was pretty consistent but fixed with sound machine for sleeping. It genuinely was a good location that could use the most minor of TLC to fully bring it up to speed. I would 100% choose this location again.
