No sleep at this condo!

We arrived to our condo at 3pm which was our check in time. We had not received the key code information, so I reached out to the company. The representative was very rude and stated that they could not guarantee the check in time, approximately 46 minutes later I finally received a text message with the key code. My family got our belongings and headed to the unit. After putting in the number and entering the unit there were people in the unit, kids crawling all over the bunk beds and people standing in the kitchen. A woman asked oh are you the renters? After saying that we were the renters, they informed us that the unit was for sale and they were showing the unit. We had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the this to end! I again reached out to the representatives and was told that the showing was suppose to be completed, however it was not. Once we finally got in the unit we noticed the shower heads were constantly dripping water, the smoke detectors were beeping constantly. Representatives made aware, told us that a maintenance request was submitted, but no one ever showed up. The unit had 2 showers but we were unable to use at the same time, as the master bedroom shower was ice cold if the other shower was in use. Then the neighbors constantly slammed their doors at all hours of the day, thinking it was apparently cute they started banging on their door yelling, "FBI let us in" this went on for a long time and for multiple days. Don't plan on sleeping here.
