"Royal Palms 406 is located at 561 East Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores, Alabama. This adorable one bedroom, two bathroom unit features amazing location and even walkability to the Gulf State Park Pier! With a king size bed in the master suite, hallway bunk beds (for children only please), and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit is able to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. The beachfront balcony offers amazing views while you soak in the sight, sounds and scents of the Gulf of Mexico! This unit features a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer for your comfort and convenience. There are 2 TVs, a blue ray DVD player and WiFi to keep you connected and entertained throughout your stay.

Royal Palms is a beautiful property with lots of excellent amenities. As a beachfront location, you will have easy access to the white sandy beach of Gulf Shores every day! There are both an indoor and an outdoor pool, exercise room, steam room and sauna. Please note that there is a new BBQ grilling area. The build has 2 elevators for ease of access throughout the building.

Beautiful Beachfront View and excellent Gulf Shores location.

We found this rental unit to be clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. We would be happy to rent this unit again and recommend it and Bender Realty to family and friends.

Gorgeous view of the gulf from balcony. Wonderful to walk out onto the beach from the condo complex. Close to many choices for dining, recreation and shopping. We love Gulf Shores!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was good. The condo location was great. It's a nice small place, so you never have to wait too long for an elevator. I did however notice a lot of black mold growing in the shower. I called and maintenence was there within minutes to spray it. It didn't help much. But other than that it was clean and sanitized. I hope they get someone to deep clean it soon.otherwise it was nice, and a beautiful view.
