Great Spot

Melanie was able to accommodate us on short notice when our other rental was suddenly cancelled - this house was beautiful and in a great location nearby the arts district. There was plenty of food and entertainment within walking distance, and the house was large enough that we weren't on top of each other, but small enough that we still spent a lot of time together.

Great House

The house is great and decorated with style. We walked to many great restaurants in the downtown area, Wolf and Wren, Harumi Sushi, Pizzaria Bianca, Arrogant Butcher, and many more. Attended a bowl game at Chase Field, within walking distance. A couple of great restaurants within two blocks of the house as well. Enjoyed coffee and sunrises on the back porch. It is a great house in a diverse neighborhood. We really enjoyed it.

Beautiful, Homey, everything you need & more!

Amazing from start to finish. When I first booked, the owner contacted me to let me know the process of check in & made us feel like a VIP. The check in at the property was easy and WOW! when we walked in, it was beautiful and homey, like we were walking into our own home. You definitely can tell that the owner wants you to enjoy their home & have everything you need. My schedule had changed & without hesitation the owner accommodated me as much as she could. Great & thorough communication with the owner!! The home was beautiful & comfortable, we didn't want to leave!! All the comforts you need to have a great stay & right downtown & accessible to the highways. Thank you for our amazing stay !! we cant wait to enjoy your gorgeous, luxurious, & unique home again!!
