This magnificent eighth floor, gulf front condominium has two bedrooms and a private bunk room with curtain and three full baths overlooking the sugar white sandy beaches and emerald waters of Gulf of Mexico, elegantly furnished and decorated by one of the best interior designers.

The living room has a queen size sofa bed and adequate sitting furniture, entertainment center with 40' HD flat screen TV with DVD Player, telephone adjacent to dining area with dining table, and chairs and bar stools next to kitchen granite countertop.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, 32' HD flat screen TV with DVD player and
full bath. The 2nd master bedroom has queen size bed, 32' HD flat screen TV with DVD player and full bath. The bunk room has a bunk bed that includes two twin size beds and a full bath withstand up shower.

Shores of Panama condominium is one of the most spectacular resorts in Panama City Beach. A 14,000 Sq.Ft. lagoon style pool includes waterfalls, fountains, 2 Tiki bars, and exotic tropical landscaping, large indoor glassed heated pool, spa, sauna and steam rooms, fitness center, concierge service, party and media room, high speed internet and many more.

THE UNIT HAS ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE RIGHT NEXT TO THE ENTRANCE IN THE GARAGE AT THE SAME LEVEL.

The condo was fantastic, and the host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The condo was well stocked and very pleasant to stay in. We like the property also because of the large pool and easy access to the beach.Parking on the same level as the floor of the condo was also really a plus- no elevator needed to haul your stuff from your car to the condo. However, it's a popular area, so expect lots of people in elevators (And lots of waiting at peak times) and cars coming and going in the parking deck. That's due to the fact that the property is very popular so there's a lot of people staying there. However, we feel it is worth it because of the amenities there and that it is within walking distance of Pineapple Willies beachfront restaurant, Walmart, Waffle House, etc.

The unit was nice and had a lot of toys and games available. It was supplied with lots of cleaning supplies. The whole complex was beautiful but the security was not good. They never answered their phone in the middle of the night ight when one of the smoke alarms went off and we had no tools to take it off the wall. There was no smoke or fire just a malfunction in the alarm. Woke up the kids. We contacted the host and she tried to help but lives too far away. She called security and we called security several times and they never came or called us back.

While we were there, the city cut a water main. We were without water and AC for over 36 hours. The host agreed to refund us for 1 night even though this was not their fault. Before they mailed the check, the water was restored and they decided not to mail the check, even when I asked that they please still mail it. We lost water again and still no refund.The parking garage was a nightmare to navigate. It took nearly 10 minutes to leave the property.

We understood your frustration and your request for a one-night refund so you could stay elsewhere during the water outage. For that reason, we prepared a refund check. Shortly afterward, the city notified us that water service had been restored and that they were working to bring the water pressure back to 50 PSI. I then contacted you to ask whether you still wanted us to mail the check or whether we should wait to see if the water service was fully restored. You asked us to send the check. Soon after our conversation, the water pressure returned to normal and the water service was restored. Based on that development, we did not mail the check. The following day, the city shut the water off again. You informed us that you would be out and hoped the water would be restored before you returned. By the time you came back, the city had restored the water service. The decision not to mail the check was based on the fact that the water service had been restored shortly after we spoke and the circumstances had changed. At no point was there any intention to disregard your request. We simply made our decision based on the information available at the time as the situation continued to change due to the city’s ongoing worK

We had an amazing stay in Panama City Beach! The location was perfect, especially being so close to Pineapple Willy’s — it made grabbing great food and drinks super convenient. The pool was absolutely amazing, clean, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying the sunshine. We also loved that they had all the beach supplies available, which made our beach days effortless and stress-free. Communication with the host was excellent — they checked in on us and made sure everything was going smoothly, which we really appreciated. Everything about the stay made it easy to unwind and truly enjoy our time at the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Our parking spot was perfect. Very secure with security at every entry point. We were never worried about our vehicle! The condo was a great fit for our family for the week. Loved our view from the balcony. What a beautiful sunset every night! Would recommend this condo. We were so glad to see some of the “extras” that we forgot to bring. For example, the crock pot!! The hosts were extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with.
