Private attached guest house with pool near South Mountain Preserve

Welcome to sunny, beautiful Arizona! Relax in your own private one bedroom guest house with private bathroom, living area,laundry, and kitchenette. This property is attached to a Sante Fe style home in a quiet, upscale neighborhood near the mountains. There is a common landscaped backyard space with a pool (not heated). In the front entrance, there is a also a private patio. You are in walking distance from the South Mountain Preserve with the trailhead entrance in our neighborhood. The trails are perfect for hiking, mountain biking, or a leisurely stroll. We are only 15 minutes drive from the airport and 35 minutes from Glendale. There is ample parking on the property and a separate entrance to your guest house. Come out and stay with us for some fun and sun!
